Just in: Dancehall act, Charles Nii Armah Mensah(Shatta Wale) and rapper Samuel Adu Crimping(Medikal) from the Arab Money Gang(AMG) label have been granted bail.
Shatta Wale was remanded into custody by the Accra circuit court for spreading false news about he being shot. As for Medikal he was equally remanded for brandishing a gun on social media. Both acts really got the country talking. The whole time they were trending on Twitter alongside the new Inspector General of Police, Dan Pare. The public really applauded him for the bold and fearless decisions the agency took against these celebrities.
